This project is not dead or abandoned, just... uh, misplaced for a while.  There will be some new offerings in the first few days of 2008, and I think I've also fixed the wonky permissions problem that kept people from being able to claim a piece.

Yay!  I pretty much already know what I want to make in return for a piece!

This sounds like fun - sooooooooooo if someone made things that were digital in nature is that ok too?  I do collage in paper as well, but I've been doing it longer digitally...

OH or there is something else I could make!!

Where to the items get posted to get spoken for (goes back to read the thread over again)

It's been a long time since there's been some new things in here, and I was wondering about it. Is there going to be any more?

On a side note, I was also wondering if we could offer something and receive small request pieces in return? Along the lines of you telling us the general price these are worth (15? 20? 25? Less?) and then we could make requests based on similarly-priced pieces that you're selling. Sort of like custom art-for-art. Is this something you'd be interested in? So you wouldn't be overwhelmed, maybe you could put out an offer however often you've got the time/inclination and say you're offering 3, 5, however many exchanges, rather than pieces, and people just go from there?

If this isn't something you're interested in, no worries. I'd love it, because although I can afford your pieces, I don't/can't have a credit card yet (therefore no online purchases) and my parents aren't really into the idea of buying more than very occassional jewellery.

Wolverine, thanks for bringing this up -- other projects have consumed my energy for a while now, but I'd like to get back to it soon.  In terms of your other question, you might want to swing by one of the Instant Gratification Mondays on the WS LJ community -- I do take barter offers for small custom work there, so it sounds like that might be a perfect solution for you.  The LJ community is here http://community.livejournal.com/wyrding_studios/ and the next one will run from 6 - 9 p.m. EST tomorrow.
